Thrust Testing Device (TTD)

Create and develop a production-grade device for testing and evaluating UAV propulsion motors, capable of measuring thrust, torque, power consumption and other performance metrics under controlled conditions.

Designed and built a Thrust Testing Device (TTD) with integrated sensors for measuring thrust, torque and power consumption. Developed a data acquisition system with high-speed industrial networks for real-time monitoring and logging. The device was engineered as a production-grade special machine with a fully wired electrical panel, ready for repeated use in motor testing workflows.

A production-grade Thrust Testing Device actively used by Psyche AeroSpace for testing and evaluation of UAV propulsion motors.
