AI Data Platform — IT Layer

The Challenge

Industrial IoT generates continuous streams of sensor data, but without automated pipelines, this data sits unused. The challenge was to design an end-to-end IT automation architecture that ingests real-time field signals from edge devices, routes data through a cloud pipeline, and delivers actionable AI-driven insights — fully automated, zero manual intervention.

The Solution

Edge node (Raspberry Pi + Node-RED) ingests field signals via MQTT broker → InfluxDB time-series storage → Grafana dashboards for real-time visualization → custom AI layer delivers natural-language insights, anomaly detection and trend forecasting beyond raw metrics. All components deployed on a Linux VPS with Docker containerization, automated alerting, REST API integrations and webhook-driven event processing. CI/CD via GitHub Actions ensures zero-downtime deployments.

Results

A production-deployed IIoT monitoring platform with AI-powered analytics, actively used for Movewer Technologies UGV operations — delivering automated data ingestion, real-time dashboards and intelligent alerting from a single unified stack.
